Facilitate session(s) to engage candidates in going through a Skill Match Assessment (SMA) using our SKILLEECO platform. This SMA includes a self assessment of a candidate's environmental factors, interests, aptitudes, qualities and values. This session is important to provide the guidance necessary for accurate responses.
Candidates can invite their peers, friends, parents, teachers and other acquittances to provide feedback on the candidate's interests, aptitudes, qualities and values. Having a 360 reviews provides a more accurate pictures of candidates and ensures engagement from important stakeholders in the career selection process
Using the responses from the candidate's self assessment and the feedback from others, the SKILLEECO platform matches candidates to a myriad of skills, provides a percentage match using our proprietary algorithm with curated experts responses
Workshop to identify which of the 29+ points of connection is relevant to candidates and how candidates can use SKILLEECO's as a platform to match to these connections and get information and insights necessary to successfully identify and set their career path.
This session is to measure the usefulness of the program and the effectiveness of the platform to support the objectives of helping candidates see more to be more. We will get candidates feedback back and establish a steps forward to supporting them and others on their path to career fulfilment
